Then Mr. Scott Brothman brings it to my attention that it was done by the famous graffiti artist Swoon. He sent me this link Santa’s Ghetto. The link has the same piece but more elaborate and done in Bethlehem, Jerusalem. Both are truly amazing. So glad she* tagged in my hood!
